What you'll be doing:
Lead mechanical design across commercial and other building projects
Develop engineering calculations, drawings and technical documentation
Produce and coordinate designs using Revit and other engineering software
Manage project schedules, deliverables and technical quality
Work closely with architects, engineers and external project stakeholders
Ensure designs meet applicable building codes and regulatory requirements
Support and coordinate project teams through design and delivery
What we're looking for:
4+ years of mechanical engineering experience within an MEP consultancy
Strong experience designing mechanical systems for buildings
Proficiency with Revit and relevant mechanical design software
Experience leading projects or coordinating engineering teams
Good understanding of building codes and engineering standards
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ohio PE license preferred
