As an Associate, you'll sit at the intersection of design, project leadership and team development. You'll remain connected to the creative work while taking greater responsibility for clients, projects and the people delivering them.
What you'll be doing:
Lead landscape architecture projects from concept through delivery
Guide design development while maintaining quality across each project
Manage project teams, schedules and key deliverables
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project partners
Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams throughout the design process
Mentor junior Landscape Architects and Designers
Support the wider growth and development of the studio
What we're looking for:
10–15 years of professional Landscape Architecture experience
Licensed Landscape Architect
Proven experience leading projects and design teams
Strong design sensibility with the technical knowledge to deliver complex projects
Confident managing clients and multidisciplinary consultant teams
Experience across public and/or private sector projects
Comfortable balancing hands-on design involvement with leadership responsibilities
